Rented cars from them for a while the process is simple they are very cultured friendly and accommodating. The price was fair and included unlimited mileage. Pick up and drop off was a breeze.
Bought my car there had a supercharger installed and they broke the front clip of the car when they install it. They admit they damage the front clip. They paid for the clip and labor to install but refused to pay for the paint. Very unprofessional. Worst service from a service manager ever. He was very rude. Had another Ford Dealer painted it for me. They realized Lacombe Ford was wrong on what they did and went the extra mile to make me happy. Now they are the one I would truly recommend if you are looking for a FORD. As for your response NO you did NOT fix what YOU agreed on. IT was just less than a year ago. You need to get your info right. You refuse to talk to me. And CAM CLARK FORD went out of they way to make it right.
Recently moved to Lacombe and took car in for airbag recall. Excellent care from competent Service Dept. Subsequent warning light issue accommodated & diagnosed quickly and efficiently plus apprising me of battery issue before a long trip and then rectifying. Appreciate staff enthusiasm & professionalism. Also observed that people genuinely like working there - that says a lot. Never had same vibe from MGM in Red Deer.
I deal with the Lacombe Ford parts department on a regular basis. They are lovely to intact with, very helpful and consistently deliver on what they promise. I highly recommend them!
Ive never written a review before but I feel the Quick-lane needs to be addressed with there very poor service.The Quick-lane service Department is absolutely the worst service Ive experienced in my life, I have a mile long list of horrible experiences there. This is coming from a guy who puts on 120,000kms a year and services with them religiously to get the so called TIRES 4 LIFEI should mention if you put on a large amount of Kms a year like myself you will find out very quickly Tires4life is the biggest SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE SCAM. Quick-lane will never get my business again.That being said Lacombe ford has a great sales team Tanner & Brian are very helpful and will put you in a vehicle that suits your needs, Ive purchased two vehicles off them in the last year.
