It was the worst decision I made by giving this dealership my business!! My dad was also looking to buy a brand new dodge truck... Thank goodness he didnt give them anymore business than what we already did.
Well i am happy to change my review on Gary Moe Chrysler in Lacombe. As usual the ladies at service desk are always polite. And the fact that they had a courtesy vehicle for me, which i couldn't do without. When i dropped my truck off i was expecting them to have it until 5 or even until the following morning. Well they called me around 1 pm, saying "Your truck is done, you can come get it". Very Impressive, they got me my truck back in record time. And the work they done to it was to my satisfaction. Job well done by the service department. Keep up the good work! :)

First time visit today for vehicle repairs and I was very impressed with the professional service I received upon entering the service dept. I had called earlier in the morning and spoke with Angela about the problem with my car. I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that they could get in at 1 p.m. on such short notice.Again, upon entering the service dept I was greeted by a woman and asked if she could help me. I told her that I had spoken to Angela earlier in the day and she informed me that she would be right with me (she was on the phone with customer).I was very impressed with the attention to detail and professional manner in which Angela handled the task at hand. She is very good at what she does...no question!By 3 p.m. I missed a call from them. I called back and spoke with Tish who was very pleasant and handled herself in a very professional manner. She informed me of the diagnostic results, that parts needed to be ordered and they would arrive in the morning. Job well done ladies!At this point I would highly recommend Gary Moe Chrysler for your service needs. I'll do a follow up review after repairs are complete and I get my vehicle back.Dennis Labadie
