Parts department- never had a problem picking up what I need
We purchased a brand new Jayco unit from Fraserway RV Lacombe only to receive a defective unit. The finance department cannot adhere to appointment times, the poor repairs from the service department, excuses from the sales department, and no communication or response from management. Save yourself time and grief, buy elsewhere.
We bought an Rv from Fraserway in April of 2016 and have had it in numerous times for warranty and every time we got it back we had the same issues. We took it to another dealership and had them look at the same issues and low and behold because Fraserway wouldn't fix it to begin with we are going to be stuck with a bill. So far our bill is sitting at 1000 due to a hot water tank that they told us was a valve and the tank is cracked!!! Thank you Fraserway never will we deal with your company again.
Wonderful Service Department! Lee got us in for a Solar System install and it turned out great! We were even charged less than what we thought for the job! Super service! Thanks Lee!
