I absolutely love this gem of a store! My sister and I both bought our grad dresses from here with amazing experiences so when it was time for me to buy my wedding dress, this place was it! The store feels so warm and welcoming! They had a great selection of dresses as well as other clothing items and accessories! They carried larger sample sizes so that you were able to actually get the dress on and see how it would fit versus struggling to get into a too tight dress. The ladies were extremely helpful and positive! I walked away with the dress of my dreams and an amazing experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!
The staff are AMAZING! So helpful and honest! If you need an opinion they are great. And they don't over sell just there to help you find what's best for you.
Top notch place, I was trying to hold out until after my daughters wedding but here goes...the ladies in there were so great to deal with. All bridemaids dresses, wedding dress and mother of the bride dresses came in as ordered. Fittings with Beth were wonderful. They acknowledged my daughter every time she walked in the door. This is huge for customer service. Great job ladies.
I visited Elite twice and bought my wedding dress here. I got a wonderful deal on a sample dress and it was to be cleaned by Elite. When I picked it up there was a great deal of makeup on the inside of the bodice so I ended up cleaning it myself. Overall I can see why people travel here because the clothing is beautiful. There's also some great restaurants and shops on the same street so you can turn it into and day.
I don't get how people think the staff is good. Barely got any help and the staff is not professional at all- in manner and in dress code. When I heard of Elite Bridal I thought it would a better experience than other places but sadly no
