Wow! This is paradise for those that have to eat gluten free. Amazing selection!! From entrees to breads to desserts and so on. They have many freezers kept stocked so selection is always good. Fresh food is generally limited to breads, muffins, and cookies otherwise it's frozen. There are options for other types of restricted diets such as vegan. Everything I've tasted here has been delicious! I'm a pretty picky eater and won't say something is good unless it really is. I stock up on their products whenever I can and ask family that pass through the area to do the same. I share their food with family and friends that don't have to have gluten free and they all agree it's delicious and they couldn't tell it was gluten free. Even if you don't live in the area it's well worth the stop or the slight detour from QE2. I'm so happy to have found this place!
I'm not gluten intolerant or celiac, and I still stop off here whenever I'm in Lacombe to pick up some cinnamon buns, the amazing oat bread, and stroopwaffle. The owners are lovely people and the food is fantastic.
Odd location for a bakery, but that aside the quality of food here is insane. Lovely presentation but I haven't had any baked goods ever as good! First time trying gluten free and wow.
