Great place to shop for deals. Watch pricing on non deal items as they can be higher than other places.
Good produce, great selection of inexpensive canned and dry goods. I come here to get all of my baking supplies and frozen goods. The seafood selection is also extensive, but I am a little leary of the rest of the meat department. On occasion I have purchased meat that is well before the best before date, and it was off-smelling. I am also extremely disappointed that as of May 2018 they no longer have boxes available to pack up your groceries. I was told they "took up too much room". It is a shame because it helped prevent use of plastic bags as well as provided opportunity to reuse the cardboard boxes.

Anything in a can or a prepackaged I'm good with the poultry and meat I will pay more for elsewhere to get the quality. Had chicken boneless today had two bites and my wife of 26 years is a good cook and I ate no more same as the bone in chicken breast I had and the bbq'd steak I made which is fit for the pit.
