Our furnace started acting up so we called Burroughs, of course when he showed up all was working fine. Rather than try to sell me a pricey new furnace or replacement part he walked me through the trouble areas, what to watch for so we know when the part is ready for replacement and some tricks to save money in the meantime. Will definitely be calling them when it is time for replacement and for any other future work.
Our hot water tank went out and Burrough's responded to our message on a Holiday weekend as was able to rearrange their schedule to get it replaced the first "regular" day. No extra charges for answering a message on a holiday, and everything was done professionally, they cleaned up after themselves, and right on budget that they quoted. I highly recommend them.
