Out of date, run down, staff are more concerned about gabbing then doing there job. Wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone.
had to go to emergency after a fall while campingwait was lengthy... but that's to be expected these days Staff were very compassionate . got a very nice doctorxray took a whilejust appreciate that we have health care ... some people can't stand the wait... Thank you to all the staff... turned out to be a bad bruise
An absolutely despicable example of a hospital. My fiance went in the middle of the night due to experiencing significant shortness of breath over the past few days. The doctor who saw her (Dr Timothy Darnell) showed zero care/empathy and told her "You should not have come in for this at 3AM and there's nothing I can really give you for this. You're lucky that I was here for another assessment, otherwise I would not have left my house to deal with this". Mind you, this place was completely empty with essentially no other patients to deal with at the time. Unfortunately, we also have had friends who were completely misdiagnosed at this place and ended up being severely ill. I would strongly suggest that even if your arm has been cut off that you drive straight to Red Deer or Edmonton for medical care and avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting!
What a great staff! Samantha and Dr. Prins dealt compassionately, efficiently and professionally with my issue - even though it happened in the middle of the night! Nothing but good things to say about them. Dr. Prins even gave me a call at home the next day to follow up!
