Best place in Lacombe to do yoga. Studio is warm an cozy. It's almost like you're in a cabin. I really liked that when i paid for my first drop in class they gave me a free week to try as many class as i'd like.
This place is amazing, absolutely heavenly. It is such a beautiful space to do yoga, find yourself and connect with community. All the instructors are wonderful, and the decor is stunning. There are lots of classes offered and for all different skill levels. We are so fortunate to have an incredible place like this in Lacombe!
Just arrived home from my Gentle Yoga class with Sharon Thompson and it was grand!! Sharon is a perfect instructor for this class with her own gentle and helpful spirit.If you are like me and new to yoga this is definitely a class I would highly recommend to get you started.At 61 years of age I am proof that you are never too old to start/learn something new!
