used to like supporting this store until the day I purchased $80.00 worth of Nintendo points prepaid cards. when I got them at the store the young man who sold them to me seem to have a problem with the cards at first went out back to talk to manager then came back to sell them to me I ask is there a problem he said no I said make sure cause these cards need to be activated properly to add the money I spend here to add to my online account. went home cards did not activate so went back to store to have the cards properly activated or get my money reimbursed. talked to lady and asked her to check my cards and the rest on the wall she found that they were not registered into system but they still sold me the cards and when I asked please refund my money the man who owns the store told me I had to talk to the company that owns the cards. I told him no this is because of your store and not having the cards in your system so please return me my money or activate my cards so I can get the money I paid for. between this time I had put my receipt on the counter to show him that I got them there but with me talking to him and looked away for a moment he took my receipt and I seen him do it to I told him to give it back but he would not. I got upset and left the store never went back his lost I used to spend my money there but now go to the source or Walmart. I should have gone to the cop shop and made a complaint and report of this fraud back when I had the chance. but thinking back on it now thought I make this review. if he refunds me now and makes right ill come back as a customer but not till I get my $80 dollars back that was stolen from me by this store owner. what I've purchased here in the past. xbox 360 gears of war edition, several games, a guitar, prepaid cards,batteries, memory cards. was planning to get living room furniture but like I said his lost.
I rushed into this store with a wee emergency. Our iPhone went dead and would not charge. We desperately needed info. off of it. The one nice lady reset it and the phone started charging. They never even charged me! Thanks so much! Greatly appreciated!
The staff is always pleasant and they are always willing to go above and beyond for me. They an asset to the mall and the community as a whole.
Bought a radio this morning for work and later after looking at the box realized it had no way to play music from my phone on it so I returned it unopened. Then I get a call later on in the day being accused of stealing a cord out of the box saying they are going to be charging my credit card for it even though the return slip clearly states it was returned unopened. Very rude on the phone with me and I will be disputing any charges. Will never buy from here again.
Me and one other customer in the store who was being helped by an employee, I walked through the whole store and was never greeted or asked if I needed help while another employee was talking to (who I assume was the owner) about how slow the night was going to be. will NEVER go back!!
