Our family have been patients of Dr. West for the past 13 years. We have always had great experiences with Lacombe Dental and Dr. West is a very caring, compassionate dentist! They are very strong supporters of our wonderful community as well!! We highly recommend Dr. West and Lacombe Dental!
The expertise here was okay, however everything seemed rushed. I booked a checkup and cleaning and after the checkup they wanted to book the cleaning for another day. I'm not sure the staff are being treated well. I could see them hurrying around and working as fast as they could. Not a very nice atmosphere in my opinion. If this were a 1 off I would have given a better review but it was like this both times I was here and my wife experienced the same thing as well.
They are close, convenient and caring! It was easy to get an appointment and they answered all my questions. The bill went directly to my insurance company. I get regular cleanings and checkups. They are always easy to book and quick. The staff are all nice and gentle.
This is hands down the best dental clinic I have found in Central Alberta. The entire staff are always super friendly, and they are respectfully mindful of those who do not have dental benefits. I literally look forward to sitting in their chairs, and receiving quick, efficient, great dental work. Thanks you guys!
