No soap ..no notification about no soap.. the attendant knows there is no soap and no reimbursing after you spent the money to wash the vehicle

This used to be my favorite car wash in central Alberta , until yesterday! Rolledin around 09:30 all three bays were caked with mud, nice work joe I love to wash a wash bay before I clean my ride, your so called help was no where to be found. I will not be back ever again!
